I rejoice when I suffer for you, and I complete in my own flesh what is lacking in the sufferings of Christ for the sake of his body, which is the Church. For I am serving the Church since God entrusted to me the ministry of bringing into effect his design for you. I mean that mysterious plan that for centuries and generations remained secret, and which God has now revealed to his holy people. God willed to make known to them the riches of the glory of his mysterious plan among the Gentile nations; it is Christ in you, your hope of glory. It is Christ whom we preach. We warn and teach everyone with true wisdom, so that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
